Regular grooming is important and necessary for your pet's well being!
*Displayed prices are quotes only. Coat reset fee, de-matting fee, impacted undercoat fee, flea & tick disinfect cleaning fee, aggressive handling fee and extra time fee may be added depending on your dog's coat condition, behaviour and reactivity. Fees are added at the groomer's discretion.
Small: up to 9kg
Medium: 10kg - 19kg
Large: 20kg - 29kg
Extra Large: 30kg - 39kg
XXL fees apply for 40kg+

A message from our groomers...
We will text or call you when your pet is ready for collection. A 2 hour pick up window applies from the time we inform you. To ensure your pet receives the appropriate attention and care, day care fees apply from the end of the 2 hour pick up window. Please let us know if you'd like them to go straight into day care after their groom to avoid the inconvenience for us and your pup. Day care fees apply.
Please let us know if you have any concerns, we are happy to explain grooming processes to you and will be honest with you about your dog's behaviour, likes and dislikes.

We are dog groomers because we are dog lovers! We love your pup like they are our own so we'd just like you to know a few points that will help us give your pet the most positive, comfortable and fear-free experience.
We accommodate multiple pets of all sizes, temperaments and grooming needs. As such, there are multiple factors that will impact the time taken to complete your pet's groom. We will not rush your pet's service to meet your time constraints. This compromises grooming quality, your dog's positive grooming experience, comfort and safety.
Please be kind, your pups are our babies too. If we cannot achieve your grooming request due to your pet's reactivity or potential harm to your pet, we will not undertake the request as our priority is your pup's wellbeing.
